"Naiza and Samantha are the best anytime I need something they get right too it…. Arden gets all my work orders handled quick… thank yalll keep up the great work on making sure us residents get taken care of."
"The leasing agent Delvin is amazing. Super kind, insightful, and helpful. But he’s the only aspect of the community I’m impressed by. The management is asking for nearly $2700/mo for a tight 1bd. I’m struggling to understand how a unit on the bottom floor, with no a/c, no assigned parking, and in north SD costs the same or more than 750sqft 1bd with a/c, and new w/d, closer to downtown, and in recently renovated buildings. The management isn’t interested in speaking with future tenants, and it seems like they jacked up rent 35% in the last year without justification. *In response to the management: rates are NOT competitive and just because the market charges something doesn’t mean it’s right to charge that much. These prices are inflated. If the market was an accurate reflection of value, it would allow tenants to negotiate. Then greedy management companies wouldn’t be charging $2658 for a second rate apartment."
"**BEWARE** DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Terrible experience started immediately after I signed the lease. They will bait and switch, showing you a demo apartment and not an actual unit. The property upkeep is abysmal, heat doesn't work properly, and the hot water will go out for days. They will also tow any car without notice despite having all your vehicle info on file. Addressing these issues is nearly impossible as the office is closed regardless of the posted business hours. Not to mention the staff is rude and unreasonable. On top of that, the amount they charge for rent, additional water fees, trash fees, and "fee" fees is absolute robbery."
"The leasing office in this apartment looks like it was taken directly out of the 1950s and hasn’t been cleaned or remodelled since then, the only unit they have to show is a furnished model which probably doesn’t resemble the current rooms available whatsoever, and they have the nerve to ask you for proof of “additional sources of income” when qualifying for a 1 bed/1 bath apartment on an already demonstrated combined gross income of $102000. We had the horrible experience of being led on to believe we would be able to move in as soon as Monday with the income and credit information we provided in full when we visited the leasing office the Wednesday prior, only to later be asked question after question about our identity, income, etc in a very unprofessional manner - all before they delivered the final “one-two punch” of letting us know Monday was off the table because they now needed proof of “additional sources of income.” If there are other people applying for 1 bed/1 bath apartments in such shabby complexes demonstrating income above 100000 a year, I would love to meet them!! The only reason we did was because it was within walking distance of our local religious establishment - so glad we found a place that was closer - and far more professional - in the end. This is the kind of place that thinks they’re boujie when it comes to income verification but doesn’t have any of the perks or amenities to show for it. Furthermore, the fact that they’re only showing a model leads me to believe they probably have black mold in the actual rooms like nearly every other complex in the area - make sure to bring someone with a good nose for it when you’re visiting complexes anywhere near the UTC mall, where they know they can easily prey on students with deep pocketed parents!! Truly everything wrong with the modern San Diego rental scene in a nutshell. The only guy working at the leasing office is nice though! That’s why it’s two stars instead of 1. Steer clear!!"
"Notable things about the complex: Great for pet owners - there's a big grassy area at the center of the complex, and there's 5 parks within walking distance (10-15min). Parking was rarely a hassle - just stay away from the trees or you'll need a carwash. Friendly neighbors, and surprisingly quiet for being next to a major road. At night it cools off nicely and at least from my apartment I got a great breeze nearly 24/7. It also stays cool during the day if you have blackout curtains. Management was outstanding at La Jolla Nobel. Huge thanks to Travis, Trent, and others for going above and beyond making my life here hassle free."
