"I have been doing apartment hunting for the past few months for close to 20 difference places and no one was as nearly kind, accommodating yet professional as India. She even allowed me to come for a tour during her lunch break and helped me go up/down a few steps to check out additional units upon my request as I am wheelchair-bound. As much as it may sound to be something simple, having such a dedicated management staff is almost impossible these days and hence is deeply appreciated. I am very much looking forward to moving into this place. Thanks India!"

"The application process was very long and drawn out and the property manager India James was extremely unpleasant to deal with. If that's who's representing Village Square Apartments, I'd rather live elsewhere."

"I appreciate the friendly, responsive and professional staff here (Ms. India & Mr. Andy ^_^). They make you feel safe & respected. They have good renovated units. Maintenance enters respectfully with permission & fixes things timely. Security cameras & nearby walkable grocery stores are a plus! This includes pilates, AMC theaters, Ralphs and more. Sadly, Andy has left now. When he was there, they had even taken us out for the 'Black Panther' movie, which was great. Now mostly India is taking care of everything....My checkout could have gone better though. Overall, I appreciate the good stay I had here. Best wishes. :)"

"This review is a shoutout to Andy! I had a wonderful touring experience at Village Square Apartments. Andy answered my many questions in such a thorough manner. He was very gracious when I called to let him know I was arriving late. My tour was personable, warm, funny, and honest. We had a good time geeking out about buildings as well. The property and apartments I saw were spacious and newly renovated. The staff also sent tour reminders and follow ups, which I appreciated. I just had such a good feeling about this place. It seemed perfect for studious grad students (especially those of us who prefer to bike, walk, and take public transport) and families alike. Though I decided to rent at another place due to timing, I'm keeping this gem high on my radar. Thanks so much, Andy!"
