"There has been a lot of improvement here the 4 1/2 months I been here . From getting service done I needed wich was a fast response , to constantly working on other apartments I see . The whole staff is easy to talk to and friendly I also appreciate the security here its kept some of the Homeless out. The only thing I wish you can fix the parking lot is really ruff and constantly pulling Rocks out of shoes before I arrive in my apartment and my side it tends to flood even that they have tried to move the water down to the street it needs to be resurfaced. From management to staff you have a winning team!"
"The property manager and her staff are absolutely amazing!! I’ve been a resident here for 2 years now and it is always a pleasure working with Erika and her team. They are very professional and friendly. Truly appreciate the diligent and hard work they do to ensure the safety of the residents, maintaining and making improvements to the property, as well as addressing and resolving any concerns and/or issues that arise in a very timely manner."
"I can't help but reminisce in this place. It lives up to every expectation I had from American films. Straight out of Training Day: drugs, homeless, dead cockroaches in the bathtub and walls, bug infestations, broken doors, broken elevators, broken gates, urine-stinking laundry room, police and ambulances every few days, used broken syringes on the floor, blackouts, PTSD and mentally-derranged neighbours, at least a few of the people I talked to had been in or close to being in jail, a few probably also been shot. Keep in mind that the biggest danger can actually be the evicted residents since COVID living in the appartment complex. Poor building managers were threatened by them, but with the armed guard I'm hoping that they feel safer now. Although I hope they quit already if they cherish their lives. The main gate is absent so homeless swarm in, the rest of the gates are purposedly broken by other neighbours to keep the homeless flow inside the complex steady. The peak moments of my stay were the gunshots, followed by the screams "he's got a gun, call the police!" The sound was clearly heard from my beloved appartment #125, close to the main door. The helicopter hovering over the parking lot looking for the suspect that night, GTA 6-stars level. The officer cop, asking Agent Rodriguez to interrogate the witnesses. Even the day I signed the lease, a schizophrenic resident walked in and tried to warn me about this place in his own cryptical way. In a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very, but seriously very very very very very dark way, I miss this place. Presidio showed me the films I watched since I was a kid were not lying, they were as real as the homeless I had to jump over that time on my way to Walgreens. If moving to LA is not an option, Presidio is the closest to Skid Row anyone could find. You've been a real legacy to leave to my beloved ones, and I'm glad the schizophrenic resident did not convince me of backing down from signing the lease. But seriously, do not sign the lease here."
"I wouldn't waste your time and money here. Pros: great location, less than 10 minute drive to downtown San Diego. The on-site property team is easy to work with and very polite and professional. Erica is amazing, and her assistant is fantastic (i forgot her name, but she did my move-out inspection and was a big help!). Maintenance team does the best with what they are given. Cons: Overpriced for what you get. Hot water only works mid-day and it doesn't seem like the property management team off-site will fix it/improve it anytime soon. Nobody cares about the smoking policy and it smelt like weed almost 24/7 in my apartment, and I don't smoke. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. There are SO many other places in San Diego to choose from. To anybody reading this, I suggest looking elsewhere."
"Walked into the room and the comforter had blood stains on it, flat sheet had coffee stains, and the fitted sheet, mattress pad, and actual mattress had pee stains on it. Called the front desk for clean bedding and was informed there were no more comforters that were clean but he could bring up some blankets and clean sheets. Found some dirt and debris on the carpet floor and hair in the bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone ever this place needs better housekeeping."
