"I was on, willing to move out of my social area for this place. It's beautiful, but once I decided to apply I was rushed after relating that I was waiting for income from family home sell. Then on top of that they increased the monthly rent quoted $300.00 a month because I didn't act within 48 hours. After discussing this and they were willing to give the first price the application came over with a price that is $230 dollars over the original price. I canceled because I was being rushed towards a weekend move in that was already started I would not move in right away, and was told if I waited the price would go up higher again. So No! They were playing my emotions, I decided long ago that I could not let anyone treat me that way. So trust was lost. I did go off previous ratings of the place which has a great activity calendar, that WAS a plus. Those previous ratings were from years ago and there may have been a change In management since then. Not sure, they do say online about the increase if you wait, but that is a management decision in my book much like a clearance in a store, why put the price back up if you already offered the low price? Crazy to me."

"What is not to love about this place. Cindy is truly a gem! She clearly loves her job, and it shows. The time, care, and attention she gave us (not to mention 3 separate tours) helped my mother feel at ease with her transition to FG. This place is a dream. From the grounds/facility, spacious units, activities, and the amazing staff, I am beyond grateful that my mother gets to be a part of this beautiful community. Note: My boys also volunteer at FG, which helped us choose this place. They truly enjoy volunteering here, and now, with grandma there, it is a plus!"

"I have been living here for 1 1/2 years now. Since moving here, l did not know anything about an electric stove. Paul, the maintenance man, is more than helpful. He's a gem. He showed me how to take the stove apart and put it back together ❤️. On the other hand, people in the office are very helpful whether on the phone or in person. Between Martin, Alma, Cindy, and Tammy, they are all extremely nice, helpful, and have all the answers to anything l need or ask about. Lucy, another maintenance person, is also very helpful and skilled with numerous talents as well. To top it all, everyone l meet, when l go for walks at this complex are cordial, talkative and friendly. I now have a good number of people that I consider my friends. I am never lonely and feel very secure when walking due to a safe, enclosed complex. Thank you, Fountain Glen. Appreciate your looking out for us whether outside or inside our home."

"The maintenance staff here is amazing. We submitted a request for an issue with a sink, and Shayne got to the apartment, and had it fixed before we could get back from the grocery store! The office staff is equally impressive, and very personable. Couldn't ask for a better place for my grandmother to live."
