"Stayed here for a year and they used all my deposit for cleaning. The place was emactulact. They said it was for paint. I have no kids and lived alone. The paint was not damaged whatsoever. I would recommend on a different place. Only gave 1 * because that was the lowest I could go."

"Managements are very rude. No respect at all to residents. They charge you what ever they want to and what ever they think of. They don’t listen to you and your concerns. We moved in there when there was previous management. We left d/t unfair changes. They don’t care!"

"I’ve lived here for a month or so now and I have had a wonderful experience so far! I love the apartment and complex, it’s super spacious, clean, cozy, and quiet! I also wanted to note that management and maintenance have been great as well. I had an issue with my water heater and they got it fixed immediately with no hassle! There are a couple reviews here that are a bit harsh about Helena and I would disagree with them all. Not only is she welcoming and kind, but she’s a hard worker who takes her job seriously. I also saw a comment from someone who said she mistreats people of color, yet I am a black woman and I’ve had the best experience with her!! So that accusation is false. I know it’s early in my time here but I am very happy. If for some reason that changes I will make sure to update my experience. But for now I am happy with my decision to rent here!"
