"I recently moved out of Gables Alta Murrieta, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience living there. The maintenance crew was awesome. They regularly conducted inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring that everything was in excellent working order. This proactive approach greatly minimized the occurrence of any major problems and contributed to a smooth and hassle-free living experience."

"The maintenance crew deserves 5+ stars any issues I had were fixed within 24 hours or less which is hard to find anywhere else. The apartment itself was nice. My main issue was that I used to live upstairs and I heard EVERYTHING from my downstairs neighbors snoring, their kids running back & forth, & even their phone vibrating .. yes I heard all this living upstairs .. I definitely think some type of soundproofing should be done in between the floors of the apartments if possible also my walls would crack hard as hell lol like I mean I sleep hard and the cracking in the walls would scare me out my sleep I even second guessed the structural integrity of my building .. But all in all it’s a great place I made friends with lots of amazing neighbors the management crew always were professional and had plenty of great bbqs in the pool area."
