"First off, the day I go in to tour the property, the manager and leasing consultant-Sheryse were very unprofessional, has a smart alec personality, to where she tries to make you feel dumb or ignorant. They pretty much handed me pamphlet and said any questions, pretty much refer to the handbook. It’s like they don’t want to get off their seat to tour and walk you around the property. Which in fact, they didn’t even tour me. They pretty much pointed to. I went to several different properties and let me tell you the experiences were soo much better however, it wasn’t a right fit for me. This girl is soo rude. She pretty much told me, if you’re not happy, you have 30 days of your unhappy. I was like wow, this is unbelievable, what a nerve. I felt uncomfortable asking questions, the entire time I was in the office. Not friendly and welcoming at all. Maybe it was just with me, but I still did not have a pleasant experience at all. I may consider the 30 days to move out."

"The apartment and townhouses are beautiful. The amenities are updated and gorgeous. My only complaint is that the master bedrooms are small, but the rest of their units make up for that space. Really beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I just did a walk through, but I doubt my mind would change as a resident."

"I came in to inquire about pricing and availability. The staff member who helped me was Sheryse and she was low key rude and gave me judgmental vibes... what really pissed me off was that she casually mentioned how they don’t take section 8 a few moments after I sat at her desk. I was appalled. I felt discriminated against and I felt she was prejudice. I’m a person of color and I REALLY DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT because I do not have section 8 and I never asked if they did accept it. Then as I was leaving the told me the check out The Arbors insinuating that was more within my budget (which I never told her Camden Vinyards was not within my budget). The place looks nice but I rather live somewhere else."

"This is a beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. 2 pools to choose from and a great gym, with all the equipment that you could possibly want! I like that some units offer the option to have a garage. It’s close to shops, restaurants, wineries, a movie theatre and more. Plenty of things within walking distance and others just a short drive. The staff are very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. Madison the Mgr is quick to address items and their maintenance team takes care of any issues, also in a quick manner. This is a safe place to live that’s clean, bright, has a sense of community and is reasonably priced."
