"I loved living in these apartments. They’re modern spacious and beautiful.The large space allotted for each apartments means you rarely see neighbors.The front office and maintenance is friendly and quick to return calls. Worth the price tag. Parking is kinda bad as far as having more than one persons car over past 10 pm as the parking service website is awful and you can only have one registered guest for parking but they’re pretty lax and they’ll give warnings before ever towing. The only downside is have pet owners that don’t pick up after their pets. Also no elevators, for when my dog hurt her paw I had to carry her up 3 flights and down for 3 days. They are also pet friendly which I loved. The area is great for walking dogs on both sides outside of the complex. Thank you Palisades leasing and maintenance you made my two years there great."

"Patrick, Christian, and the rest of the maintenance team are always getting the job done within a reasonable amount of time. They have had to come into our apartment a handful of times and are very hard working and good at what they do! Thank you!"

"Overall was a good year. I personally think for what it is it’s pretty pricey BUT it was safe and that was my number 1 concern. My wife was able to walk around the community by herself and that was what I really liked about it. They kept the grounds pretty clean for the most part. If I had to come back I would 100%. Staff was really nice. Steffi was really cool and easy to talk to! Any time I had a concern she was on it. L"

My wallet decided to fall out of my pocket (with $500) & My awesome anonymous neighbor, turned it in to Palisades leasing office, it arrived back( with everything inside, the next day, THANK YOU MANAGEMENT TEAM. recently We had a plumbing issue Wednesday night, The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, This property's Team has a STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE that is so professional they have all other properties in this area beat & the main reason no one can match their excellency who’s always on point service is because THEY DONT HAVE PATRICK. He is a Man of Virtue. And he arrived a few years back with a passion for his trade that I don’t really sea anymore. If no one’s home and maintenance needs to get inside my place for whatever reason, my peace of mind does not waiver one bit. From the time I placed the call, Patrick was cleaned up and out in under 2 hours on a Holiday weekend. Un-heard of these days."
