"Apartment size is good. I rent a 2bd, 2ba. The Maintenance is quick and efficient. Office staff is nice. Pool area isn’t the too attractive. The playgrounds are DRASTICALLY outdated and infested with red and black ants. And benches are broken and scary to sit on."

Love the cleanness from the area its really comfortable really good neighborhood gated and safe to have your cars and to live. Been here for five years already and don’t wanna move out. "ive been living here for a few years now and the maintenance team is amazing! Ive never had an issue with pest. I once had an issue with my dishwasher and the maintenance guys fixed it within 5 minutes of me reporting it. Louie, Ronnie, Bryan, Cuco have to be the best maintenance people out there. In the office, Cecilia and Donna are very nice and very helpful. This apartment complex has the best team and they work well with each other, making the living environment so much better. The gym is nice and clean, the pool area is always usually clean, the maintenance guys do their best to keep it clean."
