Motel 6 Corona, CA

"Had reservation for last Saturday. They give me a room 106 the smell of bug spray was so over powering I couldn't breath. The bed was broke and when I asked for another room I was asked to vacate. I still have received my refund! People need to know the are housing the homeless, their cleaning standard have dropped completely. Do yourself a favor spend a bit more stay in Norco. Cleaner hotels. When you book be sure to ask if they are housing the homeless, not all hotels opted to do this. ."

"This is a hard one to write. Our stay at motel 6 in Corona ca. Nice office staff. Rooms ok needs some maintenance But ok. Leiha Manger and mario great workers.they try and help and understanding. There not the problem it's the corporate that seems to be a problem. They jump the gun thinking everyone is going to skip without paying couse you are a little late paying. And not care that a 77 year old handicap women is there alone waiting for her son to get back to pay the room witch he was doing they made her move everything outside and then banned us from staying at all motel 6 without a reason. That is elderly handicap abuse at its finest..it would be understanding if it was just people couseing problems and destruction of Rooms but this was far from the case. Ok i clearly said that my mom 77 handicap was treated wrong what part did I say I was happy with my stay? And after I did the review I find out I can't rent from motel 6 and with no explanation as to why. Please contact me and give me a good reason that I can't thanks looking for response Thanks again the Anthony's"

"We came in from Tennessee just needed somewhere to sleep. We had a long 16hr day and this was an unplanned stay. Complication after complication not because of the hotel but the 3rd party. Anyway they were kind and worked with us the whole time. That alone made up for hassle we were getting. Thanks for helping us."

"Leah Rodriguez at the front desk is amazing ! I do not say that lightly, being in the hospitality business myself I understand the toll front desk can take on a person. She however delt with a situation that I might not have handled so well and stayed in a very professional manner, and when transitioning over to my issue did it seamlessly and with a genuine smile on her face."

"The room was okay. Had a bed and tv and shower. The shower was reversed so the cold was hot and the hot was cold but thankfully I found that out. The tile floor was not great but at this price it wasnt the worst thing in the world. The weed and smoke smell was kinda annoying."
