"All contact info is out dated. Nobody ever answers the phone. When I finally got ahold of someone I was explained basically that It's not veterans housing. It's low income housing. I can't afford a normal place in Pomona. And I make too much for here? So much for "veterans housing" more like "jobless housing" served 6 years and was told no because I make slightly over minimum wage."

"Finally got a call from this place for my pre-application and it turns out that it is more of a low income housing than veteran housing. I make just over minimum wage and I was afraid I wouldn't be approved because rent would be about half my monthly income. Turns out I make too much money but it's no where near enough to afford regular apartments in Pomona. I thought it was catered for veterans but I guess you have to be homeless and use up your disability pay to be here. Well, at least they're doing something for veterans that have it harder than I do."
