Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center

"Awful experience to be honest. I came to this location for a business event and stayed with my company for 3 days. Everyone I worked with was terribly disappointed by the extremely long wait times for any food or drinks in the attached restaurant. I waited for over 15 minutes when there wasn’t a single patron in the restaurant for a simple cup of coffee. Everyone has waited 45 minutes or longer for any food order including a simple to go salad (again it needs to be noted the restaurant was empty my whole stay). Plus it’s expensive. But the kicker was when they shut off the water for an hour. No washing hands, no flushing, no showers, nothing for an hour. The rooms are ok. Outdated but seem to be clean. I stayed in a double bed suite however and the two beds were small full beds, not queens. This wasn’t as much of an issue for me since I was staying solo, but don’t expect to put two full grown adults in those beds. I would avoid staying at this place again if possible."

"The rooms are a little bit older but nice and clean and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and the location in the fair grounds makes for a nice view. You have to pay for parking with a QR code which is kind of strange but otherwise plenty of parking."

"When I walked into the room the first thing that happened was I stepped in pee. The pee was fresh; still warm when I had stepped in it, and it covered all of the floor between the entryway and the restroom. The whole place smelled like pee for a while until my friend sprayed cologne all over the place. I had to get on my hands to clean the floor and they still smell like pee. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR PEE BEFORE THE NEXT PERSON. AND WHY ARE YOU PEEING ON THE FLOOR IN THE FIRST PLACE THE RESTROOM IS LIKE FIVE STEPS AWAY??"

"Stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was great. No loud noises the suite was immaculate and the service was great !! Not to mention the heated pool. Melissa in the front desk is super nice and helpful. Would really recommend. The rooms are clean and spacious!"

"Stay here 6+ times i think when visiting Pomona College near by. Staff is great. Food is good. Rooms are out dated but clean and comfortable. They did downgrade the breakfast this year for Marriott members. Its pretty basic setup of coffee juice, some fruit, pre-made English muffins with eggs. Last spring they had a buffet for Marriott members. No made to order or buffet. I'm titanium elite."
