"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Moved in here about 3 months ago and this is my experience thus far: Laundry facilities are clearly not cleaned. No security, parking gates are always broken into and all kinds of people come in and out. Claim to have security at night but there are always unhoused individuals sleeping in the vacant porches on the units facing valley blvd. Office staff is slow to respond and hardly pick up the phone. Overall would not recommend, especially not for families. UPDATE: We've been living here for about a year now and car has been broken into TWICE. Never seen security guard doing their rounds like they claim when you stop by for a tour. Washers do not work and are always dirty. They responded that housekeeping does daily rounds of cleaning but as you can see, this is month's worth of dirt."

"The security here is a joke, the gate has been broken for 2 weeks now and some sketchy people took advantage and tried to break into a car."

"Do not move here! Gates are always breaking, the doors don’t get replaced, they don’t communicate with residents regarding crime or incidents and there is constant crime or tagging. Please look at the crime rate online before moving in. My apartment almost got broken into and the office did nothing. Cameras do not work and the amenities like the gym are only open during work hours so you can’t even use it ! Trash is overflowing and property is not kept. Also across the street is an addiction recovery Center & Department of Social Services office , which is where a lot of our visitors come from so yeah don’t move here."
