"I've lived here for 5 years. The location is Downtown Pomona. There is Western University which facilitates a Vetrinary, Optical and Dental program. I went and got my eyes examined for a new Rx, ordered glasses and contact lenses. It was probably the most extensive eye exam I've ever had. I was very satisfied with their services. The management here at the Mayfair, they're very professional and definitely treat you like family. The utilities are paid, which is fantastic. Choices for cable are limited to Spectrum and Frontier(a nightmare of a company, Poor cust service). Units are furnished or you can furnish them yourself. My unit has been bug free my entire stay here. Pest Control is done annually. The residents here are friendly and I've made a few friends while staying here. If your looking to rent I'd recommend taking a look at the Mayfair."

"While living at the mayfair I was very impressed with many aspects of the complex. The facility has been completely renovated and is brand new on the inside. I have never experienced a better management as they are very personable and are available at all hours. All utilities are included in the rent except for cable television (Verizon FiOS only). Each apartment comes furnished including pots & pans, utensils, couch, table, chairs, and bed side table. Each unit also has central air conditioning, stove top, and microwave included. There is a lot of food options in the area and great places to go out to grab drinks with your friends, there is even a pub in the basement (which you cannot hear the noise from). Be aware that there are other bars in the area which can be heard from within the units at times. I lived here for 1 year while attending Western University to which I could walk to everyday. I also never had any trouble with crime or run-ins with anything sketchy. If you have a car you can buy a permit from the city hall for $10 a month and park in the lot just 200 yards from the building."
