"The one star is for the maintenance team because they were able to resolve our problems. There is hardly ever any parking on the street, especially after 6pm, so you only have the one space/garage they provide you. If you want another spot, there's an additional fee, but there's also a waitlist. Our AC just stopped working twice in 90 degree weather and it seems there is only one guy working? So it took quite some time for repairs. When we moved in, the shower barely spewed out water because of the water rust, they could've changed that, so I did that myself so I could take a decent shower. There also a lot of car jacking if you do decide to park on the street. It had been the forth day after I moved in and everything in my car was stolen. Make sure you read the lease agreement! Almost no utilities are covered and there are no cameras! It was one of the worst experiences I've had at an apartment, surprisingly since the payments were high."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The only redeeming quality of this place is the maintenance team. I’m sure they don’t get paid enough to deal with this management company. Management is off site, plays and out of sight out of mind mentality. Our apartment had a leak leading to moisture and mold, we ended up having to move out until it was fixed. Well, management gave us the okay to move back when nothing was finished. All work disrupted our daily lives and we were charged fees for damage that was never replaced at move out. Things constantly break and the poor maintenance team is forced to deal with the problems. Don’t expect to get new stuff when they try to fix things either. The maintenance team is forced to shuffle around used appliances that are in vacant apartments. Don’t expect to get any part of your security deposit back as they like to come up with any charge. They won’t help out if there are disruptive neighbors, we even had a dog attack a roommate and they did nothing after report was filed. There is dog poop all over the complex. No guest parking and the street parking is always full. Most detailed lease you will ever sign that basically ensures that they are always right and you can’t do anything once you are locked into a lease."

"Oscar is amazing! He is always willing to help and go beyond to make sure any maintenance requests are addressed quickly. We’ve lived here for 6 years, moved out for working relocation but now we moved back to Capri, as this place feels like home to us. Oscar and Jose definitely make a difference in this community."
