"When we got there the lady in the front seemed nice, when she told us the deposit was 150 I tried to use my card but for some reason it didnt work even after a few tries so my boyfriend had to do it and it worked for him. But he had to put in his card twice cause she said the transaction didnt go through so he had to do it a second time. When we went out for dinner we saw that not only was he charged twice, the lady didnt check the price and charged him 650 instead of 150. We off had to complain and the guy in front said we would get our full refund after we checked out but we havent gotten the refund yet. But the worst part was that we were going to disneyland the next day and he didnt have a lot of spend. The room was nice but the bathroom sink was rusting and smelled terrible when I was washing my hands, the mirror looked people tore off pieces. And last when we were done at Disneyland, we got to the pick up spot exactly at 11:17 (pick up is at 11:20) and when we thought we got there on time we saw the driver drive off back to the hotel around 11:19, bro was suppose to stay on schedule but he decided to leave earlier. We had to wait a full hour for the driver to come back. I know I sound like a karen but me and my boyfriend just wanted to have a pleasant stay and we barely got that. Hopefully this hotel improves."
"Should have read reviews myself before booking. Room was okay got to hotel around midnight and It was just for sleep so seemed cleaned From the looks. Didn’t realize until the early am that our door didn’t even lock. One could have easily pushed the door open (even locked) of course with the latch it was secure but definitely secure enough especially with children. Staff was nice and friendly and apologetic. I definitely recommend to read reviews before booking and to overlook your room before getting settled. However, I do plan to stay here again."
"We accidentally left some items behind in a drawer. The first time we contacted we had to call back because needed talk house keeping. The next time we called they said use ups to get it delivered. The hotel had o procedure to put on shipping label. UPS came and didn't take the package because of this. Then we called again and they had no idea where the package was or if it was sent. They we called and said we would pick up package but in 2 days at a precise time. I got there and the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. Because the guy on phone doesn't talk to anyone else. The place is completely disorganized and incapable of handling a simple shipment. It resulted in a 131.00 US shipping charge because they couldn't arrange a simple pick up. The worst part though is the hotel itself. It is dirty the carpet smell atrocious. If u like the constant smell of wet dog and mold. Do I have the place for you. Don't stay here."
"We were less than impressed with this hotel. Proximity to Disney Park was about 10 minutes which was fine. Proximity to Target and other shopping was 2 minutes which was great but those are about the only 2 positive things to say about the hotel. Room ventilation was horrid/non existent. Could not see out of the windows. Bathroom floor always wet. Rooms dirty/run down. Whole hotel dirty/run down. Breakfast was serviceable but the worst out of the 4 different hotels we stayed at on our adventures."
"Definitely a three star but the service by the hotels primary staff made it feel much nicer than it actually was. That being said, if you don't have to take the shuttle to Disneyland, DO NOT TAKE THE SHUTTLE TO DISNEYLAND. We showed up one minute late and the driver took off with an empty bus. I get having a schedule to keep but the park was closed and we were at the bus stop. As far as the hotel goes there were cracks in the floor, the ceiling next to the elevator leaked, and the elevator smelled like smoke. Breakfast was basic but filling and again, the service was wonderful. That's all folks."
