"Worst place to live the parking is horrible. There is no local parking around the area so you will have to walk at least a mile to and from your car. The side street is filled with druggies. Dont believe me drive thru rolling hills dr at night youll c it for yourself (the only street parking available). Weekd n holidays r even worse. My car got broken into and a lot of the neighbor's cars got broken into inside the apartments and it cost me about $300 to repair it. They didn't care they said report it to your insurance or police not us. They will tell you that you can rent a car space but that's not true. There r NEVER any available. I lived there for 2 years and they never gave me a parking spot even though I called so many times. Yes it is clean and kept up the amenities r great but you'll never be able to date, have family, friends over celebrate things have gatherings. The parking situation will force you to be away from all that is important to you. What's the point of having all the amenities if you can't enjoy them unless you're by yourself. It'll weigh on you. That's why they have such low ratings. EDIT:::: Read their reply to this post and it will validate everything I said."

"I went to look at an apartment the other day and I really like the place. The property is pretty, seems peaceful, and looked like it was recently remodeled. Alicia gave me a tour. She knew her stuff. She was friendly and answered all 100 of my questions lol."

"I have lived here for over a year now and I absolutely love this place. All staff of the property including maintenance, leasing office, and everyone in between are all friendly, helpful, and timely. The complex is nice and quiet for the most part, the amenities are awesome, and it is very pet friendly, but little to no dog poop left around which is great. Overall, I definitely recommend living here and am looking forward to the years to come! Tara and Daphne specifically in the leasing office are always helpful and friendly whenever I call or go in person to talk to them - they deserve raises for how great they are!"
