"Cracks all over the ceiling board. Still able to hear loud footsteps and practically all the talking and banging 24/7 from upstairs even with my earphones on. Even feel embarrassed to have company over. Can't even relax/sleep peacefully at my own "home". Don't even look forward to coming home. Going to feel bad for the next tenant that moves in to the unit after I happily depart. Everything else is great"

"Welcome to Fullerton Hills apartments! If you're looking for outdated ceiling boards and want to hear LOUD footsteps and CONSTANT CONSISTENT creaking from your upstairs neighbor, then come on in for the low price of $2,100! We we're lucky enough to have upstair neighbors that don't like to sleep and make noise ALL NiGHT to EARLY MORNING (I figured that's why this unit was available). There goes my beauty sleep! Yay! Apparently there OWN parking port isn't good enough for them, so they ALWAYS occupy the visiting ports with there 3 vehicles. Management is great though and the amenities. So if you're planning on moving in, rent an upstairs apartment to keep your sanity. FYI Herman is the best/funniest."

"I've been living here for 7+ years. Quiet with friendly neighbors. Herman the maintenance guy is the man! He may look mean, but he's actually kind, respectful, and professional. He seems super busy, but always has time to greet my kids and make them laugh and smile. Most importantly, he keeps this place clean, fixes any issues in a timely manner and makes sure we're satisfied with our living situation."

"Any of our maintenance needs have been met in a super timely fashion. German is amazing at his job and with us, (the tenants) every time we need his help. We have enjoyed living here the past 2 months and look forward to being here for a while."

"We love living here we have been living here for 4 years going on 5 yrs in December and we love it here! The workers are so nice and when you need a work order done they are always on it! It is so quiet here and peaceful! Would recommend living here! Also the main maintenance guy Jerman is a hard worker and is very nice and very helpful too! Management is great!"
