"Me and my sister have been living here for 8 years, and when the new management took over is when things started to go downhill. The new management is petty, they will harass you to get what they want rather than having a conversation with you. The parking is atrocious so when you have a guest over you'll have to have them park in the neighborhood up the street, and when you go to pick them up, because your fat lard of a neighbor's wife can't have the same decency to pick him up, he'll complain to management that he had to get a little exercise while you left your parking space for 2 whole long agonizing minutes while your sister is parked in extra spacing just to go pick your guest up, since they don't have any parking for guests. And then management will call your sister, encouraging your middle aged white man neighbor to watch your every move as a young female to the point where he knows what car you both drive, and tell her that you're not allowed to go pick your guests up from the neighborhood? Maintenance won't actually fix the issue, they'll just tell you they fixed it and then you'll have to put in 2-4 more requests before they actually do something about it. Then when you put in a maintenance request and realize you need to change the time so you call the office, they will assure you that they will let maintenance know of the time change. But they actually won't, so when you're half naked and getting ready to get into the shower, maintenance will barge into your apartment and you'll have to scream at them to get out. Then when you move out and they say that they can't charge you for anything since you've lived there for so long, they'll still charge you and not give you your full security deposit back."

"Worst management ever the lady is so rude they raise your rent anytime they want too if you want to go to the pool the manager always watching you please dont get trapped but this people. Look somewere else. 9/27/2023 Update to your response you will not find me cause I was a roomate with a lady that has the lease. Blonde lady manager you are, You take the time search residents but don't make good changes in the apartments shame on you. and please don't said call the office to disscus cause I don't live there anymore."

"I have lived in a Alicia Viejo Apartment for more than two years and I never suggest it to anyone. Parking space is a nightmare, guest and parking spots are usually occupied And you always have to park your extra car in other streets far away from your house. Permit and guest parkings are actually useless During office hours They keep it empty for trapping Poor new renters If you really want to see the parking spots issue come after 6 pm and see it yourself."
