"One night stay Bed was not comfortable which is odd for a Hampton Inn. Very busy location right off the street but no traffic noise heard inside. FYI , if you want to travel with your pets, it's 120.00 dollars a day."

"I was so disappointed to pay that much money for such a pathetic room. The location was fine but wow, the quality of the room was not even close to the Hampton Inn in Goleta CA the night before. Night and Day difference. I would not recommend. The front desk staff could use some help in customer service. The breakfast staff was awesome. Polite and efficient. The dining room was very clean."

"Was waiting for my friend to arrive. The desk clerk informed me that I couldn't wait inside, which I thought was fair, and he was polite enough about it. I went outside and waited in the car for a few more minutes, and he came outside and was quite rude about telling me that I couldn't wait there, either. He acted like I was intentionally contravening his instructions, when he never told me that I couldn't wait in my car, and though I was nothing but polite and cordial to this man (I work customer service, I know how hard it is to keep a positive attitude when you're dealing with customers all day), he seemed very eager to remind me that "there are cameras" and that he would be watching to make sure I moved immediately, even though I was expecting my friend within 10 minutes. I would never consider staying here again unless there was a change of staff"

"Great hotel and a great price. Linen and bathroom are very clean, which is an absolute must for us. Breakfast items, hot and cold, good selections. Spacious dining room. Super friendly staff on the front desk. Lots of good-sized parking spaces. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences ever. First of all, my boyfriend and I arrived earlier than his parents, who booked the reservation, and we were immediately told we cannot check in without the person who reserved it. We decided to sit outside for a bit since it was a nice day and we just needed to figure out where to go to pass the time. The same employee came outside and told us we can't sit outside because it "looks weird" as if we were loiterers. Mind you there was not even a bench outside so we had to sit on the ground. Not very hospitable. Every time housekeeping came, our room key would deactivate so we were forced to get new keys. Major inconvenience. Also I don't understand why they go to the lengths of wearing masks at the front desk and standing behind a glass divider if all guests are forced to touch the same soap dispensers since they bolt them to the wall instead of giving every guest free samples. Also good luck sleeping in the same bed as someone if you book a queen. It's a full size comforter on a queen size bed. Overall unsatisfied."
