"Have been living here for over a year and had zero issues. Since new management has taken over we have received a letter with photos to remove items off our balcony. Been given a verbal warning on excessive noise when I live with my fiancé and dog only. When I asked what noise is in question they stated “we don’t know where the noise is coming from we are trying to figure it out.” Well then why are you calling me and accusing me before showing any proof!?. We go to bed before 10 pm every night and rarely have guests over. After receiving a phone call, we were given letter about excessive noise again! When we tried to ask for proof of noise to better understand the issue it was said we were not allowed to listen to the recordings. It’s a terrible place to live when you have to constantly worry about receiving complaints for just living in your apartment. For the amount of rent it costs to live here it’s not worth it. Can’t wait until our lease to end!"

"My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we love it. The location is great...Maintenance is quick, friendly and on top of their game. The common areas are clean pretty much all the time. The amenities and events are really nice. The leasing staff are also very friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Alissa and especially Jeff the property manager. They are so helpful! Jeff is THE MAN! He has made our experience here so much better than it already was and helped accommodate us in a bunch of different ways when he didn't have to. Really appreciate everything they do to make this a wonderful place to live. Packages do get left in the parcel area when there isn't enough space or if they don't come deliver to peoples door (which sometimes they do) however the apartment complex has implemented many different measures to try and mediate this... however It never bothered me because in order to not have to worry about the issue we just always have our packages delivered to a nearby family members house. The prices may be a little high, but aren't the highest in the area and in all things you get what you pay for... I believe it's been worth it, so much so we're transferring to a larger apartment and signing another 16 mo lease. I highly recommend living here!!"

"After living here almost a year, I still find Avel (formerly Aura) a great place to live. It’s convenient, fun, and in a great location. Residents can always look forward to community activities and clean, relaxing common spaces. It’s very accommodating and has many perks you won’t want to pass on. Of course there have been challenges, some residents facing more problems than others, but you will find that is the case anywhere. Management here does care and strive to resolve problems quickly. Jeff, the manager, is extremely competent, professional and leads a great team. The maintenance and cleaning staff are great and always friendly. 9.5/10. Honest review. Would recommend living here. Definitely check this place out, especially now that new building challenges are settled."

"Hello world, me and the wife have lived here going on two years and its been nothing but a dream. When we first moved in Gorge R.(one of the buildings engineer's) was helping out with tours because they were short staffed when first opening. Since then it almost feels like I've seen this man working just about every minute of the day with all of his team to keep this property looking as amazing as the day it opened it's doors to us. Whether its the landscape, cleanliness, or routine maintenance of the property, Aura's got some great help there ! When we signed our second lease here Alyssa H. was the leasing associate that found the perfect apartment for us. When our first lease was coming to an end, we decided that it was time to try living on a ground floor, and we also had a few more ask as well lol. Alyssa H. was not only able to sort through our request(s) but also provided us with a list of apartments that quite frankly made it a bit hard to choose from haha. Alyssa H. did a great job helping us find our apartment, and has continued to be nothing but pleasant, cheerful, and when needed helpful ! ALSO the management team up front is pretty rad. They never disappoint when it comes to all the regular functions hosted for our community. Theres always food(vegan options usually available), music, photo booths, and some sort of entertainment."
