"It was my first time moving out on my own with my gf. It was one of the best experiences living here. Sure, some things may be outdated in the apartment, but just with a little TLC, it is fine. Very sound proof. Never heard dogs or people talking through the walls. The AC unit works fast and the amenities are good for what they are. 2 years here and now moving on. It definitely was worth living here."

"They broke their own cataract! Before you had one assigned parking and one visitor parking! Out of nowhere they decide to get rid of the old parking passes and start charging $5 a day to have you visitor pass and a $25 fee for your own assigned parking which we already had for almost 3 years! Now you see south side towing just going up and down the parking looking for who to tow next the management must be getting a kickback for each car towed by south side towing!"

"Run do not walk out of Allure Apartments. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The service is just plain bad. Fire alarms going off day and night and water cutoff!?! Now charging for parking??? No thanks by Allure!"

"It’s a very nice apartment. Fun clubhouse area and really friendly office staff. Leticia is the best! Great location near Chapman University. Also near lots of fun places like Angel Stadium and Golden Road Brewery."
