AMLI Uptown Orange

"We’ recently renewed our lease to Amli uptown orange because of our growing family. We live here for 7 years now and we love this place. Brian made it possible and easier to move from 1BR to 2 BR since we’re expecting a twins an our 4’year old need his own room . Sylvia , Jose and Ron from maintenance Dept are all great they made sure that this place is clean and all home appliances and ac are all In working condition. I recommended Amli uptown orange to all our friends and family !"

"This review is long overdue as we moved out of AMLI in June 2023 (we moved to expand our living spaces as a growing family). I've lived in several apartments in my lifetime (having lived in various parts of CA, as well as AZ, FL, PA, and TX), and my experience with AMLI is among the top of them. It seems to almost be a dying thing for apartment complexes to have multiple in-person staff members to help you with your needs as both a prospective or existing resident. My old apartment complex that I lived at in Santa Ana had great management once upon a time before the pandemic and had gone downhill fast once they slowly replaced staff with remote workers who were on call across multiple properties owned by that management company. The fact that you DO get to often speak and mingle with the staff here at AMLI was one of its brightest features. The residence itself holds events regularly for residents, and that show of appreciation is a kind gesture that is hard to find these days. The complex itself is well-managed and well kept. Facilities are kept clean throughout daily. The mailroom situation puts at ease of mind that you won't be a victim of porch piracy. Their commitment to recycling and other green efforts are appreciated. The coffee machine is a great touch that truly helped my husband and me as we were living on little sleep often with a newborn during our time here. It's worth noting that the apartment is across from the UCI Med Center and the Outlets at Orange. It can get noisy at times because of these places. Because my husband is a UCI Med Center employee, the convenience of being so close to work for him was hard to beat. Lastly, I want to especially thank Kareem for how above and beyond he always went for our family throughout our time at AMLi. In our final months there, we were in a sticky situation in trying to get our current place and it was a bit up in the air for us as we already didn't renew our lease. Kareem, as well as the property manager, helped offer us solutions so that we wouldn't be in a bind. They didn't have to do these things for us, but they were so gracious and did anyway. Thanks, AMLI, for being a warm home for my family and me during those 13 months we were there. Keep up the good work and leading the industry in doing what's right for your residents."
