"I have lived here over a year with my boyfriend and we are happy to call Highland Pinetree our home. It is quiet and peaceful. It is well maintained, landscaping is beautiful, the complex is clean. Tenants are kept updated of any important news going on in the complex. Any questions we have, we always received a prompt response from the leasing office and everyone is so friendly there. It is nice to take a relaxing walk in the complex, swim in one of the several pools there or workout at the fitness center. This is our happy place!"

"It’s a great apt and very nice and well kept… up to a point. There’s dog poop everywhere since the dirty owners never pick up after their pets. The laundry machine is full of dog and cat hair. They need to ban animals."

"I’m doing this review on my own and not getting anything out of this! :) I just really wanted to mention that I absolutely loved living here for almost 3 years. All amenities are always clean and well maintained and maintenance responds quickly- rain or shine. The complex has a security guard at night, making me feel safe. I never had an issue with my car in the lot and my packages were always there on my porch even hours after I got home from work. It’s so safe, even kiddos played around the complex just fine or I would jog in the evening with peace of mind. The place is nice and quiet too with pet friendly people. The only little downside is that the apartment walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors very easily- but that’s the reality of apartment living, so it didn’t make or break my experience here. The only reason I moved was cz I needed to be closer to school. Over all, the leasing office staff is the best. They were always quick to respond, helpful, and understanding with some small issues I encountered. Special shout out to Enrique! Literally the most patient and kindest person I’ve ever met in customer service."

"I love it here! I lived here for about 1.5 years. Great location, great staff. Super clean. Maintenance is very responsive, security patrolling at night, and pet friendly. Staff walk around all day keeping the property clean and maintained."

"Lived here for 2 years, right on the highway so the apartment foundation routinely shook from being so close. Had a guest's car towed despite being registered and cost $650, the manager Chayo refused to speak with me and never got issued a refund. When we left the unit in perfect condition, still got charged $300 for 'mandatory' cleaning which was absolutely not communicated. Apartment living/landscaping was fine but management (except Giovanni) is beyond frustrating and won't assist you if you encounter any issues. Oh, and ants WILL come through your power outlets half the year..."
