The Enclave at South Coast Apartment Homes

"Irvine Company is a business, there are other places to live but in an Irvine company complex/unit it has laundry and garage included(among other great amenities)and that's worth every penny, especially in these days and times. I lived at the Enclave for 3.5 years total. I was able to move and experience different units & buildings with no issues. With my last lease I was able to secure the longest terms for the most inexpensive pricing because I was under contract with Irvine Pacific and getting a brand new home build in one of the villages of Irvine. Because of that there would be no penalty for breaking my lease since The Enclave had the proof that I was in contract with Irvine Pacific and basically Irvine Co was getting my money in the end. Just thought I'd share. Enjoy the community. Love where you live they say..."

"I've lived here for about 2 years and I absolutely love living here. It's beautifully maintained and I really enjoy my walks with my dogs everyday. The maintenance team is the best, they fix things quickly and efficiently. It's just a stunning place to live and I feel very lucky to be here. My only feedback would be: more speed bumps and/or police patrol because people FLY down the roads and around corners where it can be a blind spot if you're crossing the road. Also, would love more community events maybe like arts & crafts (I'm a teacher, call me lol), movie nights, holiday parties, etc. Lastly, I would love to have a space for small dogs to play in the dog park OR a designated time to have dogs under 25 lbs in the dog park would be great. Overall this is a wonderful place to live!!!"

"The Enclave is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I've ever lived in and seen (and I'm in the apartment industry). I've seen a lot of pretty terrible places but the attention to detail they have at this community is amazing. I love walking around the property everyday. The landscaping alone pretty much leases apartments. It is beautifully maintained and have a wonderful, incredibly responsive maintenance team. Hats off to the Irvine Company for a astounding place to live. And yes, it is expensive just like everything else. It is what it is. The only frustration is during the summer it is pretty apparent that people who do not live at the community utilize the pools and community amenities. It's pretty easy for people to just come in through the gate right after another car and then wait outside the pool gate for someone to open it and sneak in. There needs to be more regulation such as hiring staff or security to work at the pools and ensure everyone coming in is actually a resident."

"To Enclave Apartment Last month we had a water leak in our apartment and needed major repairs to the walls and pipes. We all know how frustrating this could be, specially when you work from home. On the schedule day the repairs started the Contractors and Enclave Maintenance assured us everything will be take care. Everyone was professional, and polite. They explain in detail what work will be done and how long each day it will take. Every day they made sure they did not make no mess before they left and Maintenance will double some times triple check everything was going as planed. I'm amazed at the quality workers that The Enclave has here, we felt we were in good hands. Because of our wonderful experience we decided to renew our lease for another 13 months.
