"Not a fan. They are so beyond rude about visitors. I mean, I understand setting limitations or even charging. But making your guests feel like teenagers that are getting grounded (if grounded = kicked out IMMEDIATELY and not a dime refunded OR your deposit back) for having a friend over it's taking it way WAY too far. You're losing guests and gaining a bad reputation. Not a smart business move."

"A quant village stip of humble yet beautifully sectioned get away treats. Convienent Parking would be an understatement. Free you inner Traveler take a chance and don't be adraid. Standard studio rooms offer a finely appointed washroom with bath and shower and give the cozy layout the option to turn up the shower to a steam room temperature and sit back put up your feet and let your mind be at ease as you enjoy you movie or sport show or as you get ready for your guests to arrive before your evening out in beautiful New Port Beach. Dont let fear run your life and the cliche if tiny homes reputation ruining you hotel room stay. Its safe andvfun and the people are loving caring wonderful awesone poeople and you wont be disappinted. Just because its afordable and quaint doesnt mean it not up to your large standands. Remember its only sketchy if you make it sketchy. Cone be a guest and relax. CALIFORNIA and Newport Beach are waiting you."

"If you're looking for a quick getaway and saving on a few bucks, Newport Bay Inn is where you want to stay. The staff here are courteous with their guests and professional when it comes to their establishment. Our stay here overall was quite relaxing. If another opportunity comes for a quick getaway, I'd stay here again. Thanks again Newport Bay Inn!!!"

"Owner at the front desk was super helpful when my broke my phone and helped me get it fixed so I wasn’t stranded on my trip with no phone. Clean rooms, hot water, AC works great, high quality for the price"

"Staff was friendly. A/C and fridge worked well. Now the negatives. Roaches in the bathroom, holes in the blankets and comforter (from previous smoking). Dirty comforter. Bathroom shower leaks when turned on, soaking the floor. Bathroom light and fan combo falling off the ceiling (I informed the front desk twice and they said they'd fix it, never done). The bedside stand fell off the wall (not properly installed). The remote for the tv had connection issues with the tv and the batteries were held on by tape (no back piece). To turn on or off the lights above the bed was behind the wall mounted head board. The wall switch to turn on the lights in the room as you enter was damaged, it worked, kinda."
