"If i could give no stars i would. I do not recommend this place. I had reported various orders for 6 months i been having leaking water in roof when rainning. Have not heard anything back. Also i cant use my heater its been cold. We at one point had the trash can full of trash on ground. It was quite embarrassing .The parking lots look dirty like no one cleans. This place was once great to live in with the owners fixing things in a timely manner. Also the rent got increased here recently but its not worth it."

"Don't even consider moving here. I lived here for 20 years. Used to be a great place. Now, trash is flowing out of trash bins. graffiti, which at one time would be removed right away is now being ignored. Our downstairs toilet has been grossly stopped up for weeks. We reported it the first time about 8 weeks ago and have since reported it about 3 more times, being ignored. We have two light fixtures which are the responsibility of the apartments that have burned out and nothing is being done about it. It's gone from being home to becoming a dump."

"I've lived here for 15 years now and things have never been this bad. I've had repair orders that have been ignored for going on 5 months and water damage that has gone unrepaired for over 2 years. I've put in the same orders many times and they say they are going to come back and never do. In the 15 years we have never had our carpet replaced. Granted they have had it cleaned a couple times, the last time being about 5 years ago. And for some reason they put in solar panels, which I know will probably get vandalized at some point by the teens here and yet I can't get the repairs I need fixed. To me it feels like they won't fix anything so you move out and then they will go in and put a band-aid on it and charge the new tenants more money. They need to understand that other tenants see what is happening and it sucks. It's a shame too because the townhome layout out the apparent and the complex itself are really great."

"Where do i begin. Lets start with the office staff african american lady in office. She seems like shes half asleep or not coherent. Like she has no idea or knows what to respond to a concerned tenant. And has a attitude to her personality. When working with various people you are suppose to exude professionalism and be courtesy. Replace her ASAP. Next it take days, weeks for things to get fixed here. What are the rules here to get your work order done. Cause i think plumbing does not fall in that range. I thought you pay rent monthly things should get repaired in a timely matter. Not the case here. The rent is getting increased here and not really worth it. They have said theres not enough maintenance here. That has nothing to do with the teneants needing a work order fufilled. We pay rent here. Owner of the knolls if your reading this ....PLEASE do something about the Maintenance completing work orders especially plumbing in a timely matter."

"This place has had various owners and management companies within 4 years. They use to have rats here i was almost gonna move it was gross. They did have pest control come and take care of it. Must of caught 4 big rats under my sink. They need to replace Jonathan the supervisor of maintenance. He has this unfriendly attitude with the tenants. And he does half a job does not complete his work as should."
