"Why would Fullerton City lights have their apartment complex advertised on the internet yet Not have updated their phone number?! This and a few other Fullerton apartment listings on the internet show either the wrong phone or a Disconnected phone #! Why?! Are you planning to keep your number a secret and don't want to really rent your apartment or what?!"
"Nice place, good location if you don't have a car (bus and train station are next door and there's a recreation center in walking distance). If you do have a car, don't expect a parking space. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained, just put in a work order if you need help with anything. You can smoke in your room but not in any of the common areas. Jamie the manager is awesome."
"Place is full of cockroaches and bed bugs. It is also very dirty. I am not a smoker and my apartment is always full of smoke. I now have respiratory problems due to the second hand smoke."
