"These are not luxury apartments. My child has lived here for 1.5 years...still the knob on the oven has not been replaced after several times asking. You cant even tell what temperature you are cooking. The parking sucks. There is an auto body shop next door and it is impossible to find parking. They take up most of the spots. She has one spot in a gated parking...and literally it takes about 30 times clicking the clicker for the gate to open. We did not think we would get out yesterday. My daughters ceiling in the livingroom caved in...they fixed it..but never even painted the entire ceiling...so it is 2 different colors. The paint looks like a water leak on the ceiling...and they call that luxury. The windows are very old. Have not been updated...it is freezing in winter...and so hot in the summer and they want $1595...for a one bedroom. It is not worth it. They wont even replace these old windows with Energy Efficient Dual Pane Windows. So you hear people even if they are talking outside...and they call this luxury...I dont think so. There is a body shop right next door. All day you can hear the body shop. It is very loud and the trains run through here constantly. The tracks are about 200 feet away. If your looking for a quiet place to live...this is not it. It is constantly loud from 7 am...from body shop...even into the night with the trains. You can smell people smoking pot. Every time we walk out the door...you can smell it. The management is a husband and wife team. She runs office...He does maintenance. The response time is very poor. Literally...its been 1.5 years...and still waiting on oven knob. When my daughters ceiling caved in..literally fell onto livingroom floor...they were on vacation...so she had to wait for their return to even fix it. They have no one else. I would not recommend it here. The flyer says luxury...I have seen luxury...this is not it... Look at my photos...you tell me if the windows are luxury...if the parking is luxury.. if the counters are luxury . If the ceiling is luxury...the noise...the parking. This is no where near luxury. The one bedroom is worth maybe 800.00 a mobth max...and they want 1595. What a joke. Having a very old stove...that you cannot even tell what temp...your cooking on. That is far from luxury...Luxury is stainless steel appliances...not a 15 year old fridge and stove... See the glue on sink...is that luxury. No...No..No... This is not worth the price. Go where you can at least find parking."
