"After living here for 3+ years I'm very sad to move out, it's been a great experience here - Pros: -Maintenance is always on call and easy to get a hold of and Matt the landlord is fantastic -The building is beautifully maintained and the apartment units have nice floors/appliances/etc -Good neighborhood to walk around in and close to downtown Fullerton -Parking is easy and guest parking is pretty accessible Cons: -There are numerous small laundry rooms around the complex, but they're often full so you'll have to walk from one to another, also washers/dryers break pretty easily -This place is very pet friendly which is great, but that comes with some bad pet owners. Numerous pets walk around without leashes and there are some (not a lot) aggressive dogs"

"I have been here 3 years and this is a great Apartment to live in. It is safe, dog friendly and functional. The manager always answers my calls and responds timely to any problems. The maintenance is always available. The property is neat and well kept up. I could not complain at all."

"I’ve lived here for 12 years. Even before it was remodeled so I know the ups and downs. I’ve loved living here even at its worst. Just recently in past 2 years I’ve been having to make multiple noise complaints, emails with videos of the noise and I’ve even had to call the cops. I’m not sure why nothing has been done but I really need it to get resolved. I love living here and to the point where I’m considering moving. I have a newborn and she’s constantly getting woken up by how loud these people are. There’s a HIGE difference between upstairs noise and stomping purposely. Please take care of this!"
