"Place is great for the price"

"Manager is incompetent and actively not doing his job. I went apartment hunting, first time he said no rooms were available. A few months go by, I check again this time there is literally a 'rooms available for lease' banner outside, so I check again, he tells me the banner is just for show. Like, not even a good lie. He is the worst and terrible at his job and whoever hired him is also probably terrible at their job. Get some integrity."

"Bro I can’t even eat without roaches coming up to me, came home and had to kill all these roaches only in the kitchen I saw not even counting all the other rooms."

"This place is very dirty, and infested with roaches. Not to mention the manager, he definitely has favorites. He yelled at a teenage boy for walking a trained dog with no leash, claiming that “You can’t walk your dog without a leash”. When almost everybody in this complex walks their dogs without a leash. We tried asking him for help about the roaches, and he said and I quote, “It’s because you have a dog”. He has more than one dog, so I’m guessing he must have more roaches than us. He claimed that my family and I couldn’t do a small barbecue in the front of the apartment we stay in, yet lets other families barbecue in front of their apartments. He is just rude in general and only nice to certain people. Our family regrets moving here. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a phobia for bugs."

"Not fond of the current manager, tells his staff to let us know we cant have stuff outside our apartment, proceed to walk down the apartments with people with huge plants, table and matching chair sitting set ups, talk about favorites. Had an issue with our bathroom flooding took 5 days to get resolved, maintenance was a huge help. Good luck getting a hold of the manager. His office has times posted and lunch period, mind you they dont mean anything if he is not following the times himself at all times. Called emergency number with actual emergency for a whole day and he never answered let alone responded to our multiple voicemails. 13 years living here, not one manager was such a headache for it’s renters. I would not be the first person complaining about him or writing a review of the service he provides."
