"Just signed the lease and excited to move in. Tammie-Marie is an amazing leasing agent to work with and super friendly and flexible. I read all of the positive reviews about her and the management team and have to agree 100%. She made the entire process smooth and effortless! By the end of my tour, I was already done signing my papers with her. Staff is friendly and prompt. Community looks clean and was quiet when I visited. They upgraded the laundry unit as well! Location is close to many restaurants and shopping centers and the freeways. Overall looking forward to moving in!"

"Lived here for three years, and while the management, in my experience, was kind and friendly, you will definitely NOT get any of your security deposit back, no matter how much you clean (which, for me, was the entire place, and with documented pictures). The walls are also basically made of papier-mâché, so expect to hear E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G from your neighbor. Overall, I'd recommend looking elsewhere."

"Good place to live. Street parking is terrible and the gym needs more treadmills, but overall clean and maintenance was always quick. Managers always worked really well with me, especially Tammy Marie. She was awesome. Laundry can be difficult, but overall good property. Lived there 3 years and never really had any problems."
