"DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! This place is literally the worst place to live in! They lied to us upon moving in that we will have parking for our cars and we even paid extra for it! But just after we already signed the contract they said there is no parking. There is NO parking here at all!!!! Just moved in recently. The place itself is really nice! The apartment is not bad. The staff here would never answer or help with anything you'll need I would not recommend moving in here. They honestly just dont care. They never come here, never answer the phone or messages, there is a lot of thefts and they don't have patrol here. Also they don't take any responsiblty about it Also, all the facilities are closed most of the time so don’t let it blind you."

I’ve been a resident at the Huntington for over a year, and whenever I’ve encountered issues or something needed fixing in my apartment, Jose has been prompt in addressing and resolving the issues. His efficiency and quick response deserve a 5-star rating."

"Constant break ins, keys from the complex were stolen (the main gate clicker, key and mail key) they replaced keys but FAILED TO REPLACE THE LOCKS AND UPDATE KEYS FOR ALL RESIDENTS! They are cheap and the constant uneasy and unsafe feeling KNOWING THE THIEVES HAVE ACCESS TO THE COMPLEX and MY MAIL IS UNSETTLING!!! Their solution for the thefts was “expecting more police presence with our calls to make police reports” They have NO patrol and the patrol numbers listed on the contracts and site are always busy!!!They also will randomly charge you in the middle of the month when the balance was at zero and no explanation or anything!!! They fail to communicate and being that they manage multiple locations they should have a person designated for each location to avoid such unreliable communication!"

"We started the process to rent an apartment for my 21 y.o daughter. I paid the application fee and went through the process. The first thing that got to me was I had to purchase a $300,000 insurance policy for their apartment (not my daughters stuff). Then I read all the reviews with the majority being 1 star. The contract was 50 pages long that we had to sign. When the apartment manager called to see why we haven't signed the lease, I told her what I read and then the woman told me I was rambling and she didn't need to explain anything to me she was very rude. I wouldn't rent here if it were the last place on earth"
