"There were loud construction noises the whole time, had I known when booking I wouldn’t have stayed here. The room was okay, everything felt not clean. There was no breakfast or coffee as advertised. I asked the front desk if they could fill the machine and they said we will have to order some. The bed was more like a spring loaded trampoline. Soda machines didn’t work, and the gym was closed for renovation. I wouldn’t stay here again until renovations are complete, nice location though."

"WARNING!!!⛔️ I went for a trip with my son. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We checked in, and the banging was so ridiculous. It was so loud, We could not even hold a conversation!!!!! WOKE UP TO DRILLING AND BANGING IN MY EAR AT 8:40 AM!!! SCARED ME TO DEATH ABSOLUTELY SCARED ME TO DEATH!!!! I contacted the hotel via email twice during my stay no response no compensation, no one cared! I was not forewarned, the hotel would be under construction!!!!!! My head hurts from thinking about it!!!! Also, THE SHOWER DOES NOT DRAIN!!!!! You have to take the quickest shower of your life, so the water will not flow into the bathroom!!!! You have to wait 40 minutes if somebody else wants to take a shower after you, for the water to drain!!!! So gross . My stay was January 22-26, 2024. I went for a relaxing time with my son and had a headache the entire time I had to go to the 7-Eleven for Tylenol just to stay at the hotel!!!!!!! The worst thing about it is, there was no response, no response from the hotel no compensation! And I’m looking on my credit card statement, And my deposit wasn’t even returned????? I left the room better than it was when I got there!!!!! DON’T DO IT!!!!!! DON’T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!!! That is the memory I have from the visit with my son!!!!!!!! Although I can’t leave a photo of the Constant horrific noise, I added a photo of the shower that would not drain."

"This hotel is absolutely horrible. I booked a room with them the weekend of Christmas and found a better deal so I re-booked my stay and canceled my first reservation. The day I was going out to California I got an email saying that i still have two reservations booked. I called the hotel and discussed my situation with the front desk and they said since its a late cancellation that i have to pay one night stay for the room which i already called days before to cancel this room but said there was no proof that i called to cancel. Instead when i get there they charge me full price for the non-discounted room and a fee for late cancellation so a total of $1,000 charge was taken from me in reality i should of had my discounted priced room that i booked and not been charged any late fees. So now i have to go and try to get my money back since i should have only been paying $500 for the weekend. Great way to steal money from people on the holiday weekend."

"My first room had a German cockroach in it... Not really what I'm looking for in a hotel. My second room was nicer and I didn't find any roaches, but I'm not sure I'd book here again and take the risk. Also they charge $15/night for parking, which is ridiculous for an already expensive hotel. Was a short walk to a lot of nice restaurants though. It's a bummer it wasn't nicer, the location was good."

"This place is disgusting! The carpets are a bacteria ridden cesspool. I didn’t even want to stand on them after I got out of the shower and got into bed so I put down a towel so I didn’t have to walk on them before I got into bed. They could solve majority of their issues with a detailed cleaning and buying a wet vac carpet cleaner. Do not stay here. Smells like cigarettes too."
