The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel

"First time at Huntington beach from Idaho. Booked this resort online. Absolutely amazing. Great service, great rooms, great hotel. Amazing restaurants and shops, best location for the beach. Beach/Bike rental discounts. Separate pool and jacuzzi for adults, no kids. Very peaceful. Firepits at nights. Great bar on roof. Resort was amazing. Made our first time in Huntington worthwhile. Definitely coming back. Very relaxing and chill. Only complaint... the loud cars and motorcycles racing down the street. But fun to see."

"This hotel is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you have kids- use caution booking this hotel. First, there is rust all over the water slides and pool area. Imagine your kid going up to slide and cut their foot on rust! You shouldn’t have to worry about that so if you book this hotel make sure you are up to date on tetanus shots! Second, they only have one lifeguard which is not enough to safely watch the kids swimming in the pool and make sure the kids are being safe and going down one at a time. So if you want to relax with kids- you won’t. Also, this is valet only!! We had an electric vehicle and ask every day of our stay to charge it and they said it was “at valets discretion” if they want to charge your car. So even though they advertise free “EV charging” all over their page, if the guy next to you tips more- you won’t get charged. Needless to say, I left the hotel with no charge on my battery after repeatedly tipping and asking to charge- so now I have to go supercharge before driving home. Very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid for this vacation."

"Great location for the hotel. Right across from Huntington beach, an easy 5 minute walk away. Also has a decent pool with a water slide (Only runs 11am~3pm I think) and hot tubs. Also within walking distance to Pacific City plaza to go shopping and dining. The hotel is in good shape and also has a few games laid out for guests to enjoy like ping pong table, connect 4, etc. We stayed on the Huntington tower side in room 1112 with a decent view of the water. They do provide parking but it's valet only. There is a number you can text for them to get the car ready for you. It worked flawlessly the first time, but the second time it just said it was busy and I had to check in at the valet counter instead. Overall good experience in the hotel. One minor thing is the mirror light sometimes flickers, which was a bit annoying. We also had an issue with billing discrepancy after checkout, but Damian Garcia was able to quickly assist us."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Huntington Beach. Loved the location and walkable distance right to the beach and other amazing restaurants and entertainment districts. The rooftop bar with this hotel was so beautiful and lovely service. The food quality was amazing as well. The pool area is gorgeous and has other fun amenities for all ages. You have plenty of dining space and options to enjoy. We also visited Disneyland while we were here, so highly suggest making the easy drive and staying at this wonderful resort. Would definitely love to vacay here again."

"Stayed for two nights with my husband and daughter. Valet, fast and efficient. Front desk staff polite and professional, friendly. Housekeeping nice. Clean room, beautiful ocean view. 7th floor with wrap around balcony. Lots of board games, chess, free photo booth, stayed in the newer updated tower. Two pools , one with slides and bar near pool. Kids can play in both. 2 Jacuzzis. Roof top, restaurants inside. Only reason why it's not 5 stars male bartender at the pool with shades seemed annoyed by all the guests. Bad heavy vibes. I'd also recommend more shower towels in the rooms. Overall I'd stay again."
