"DONT BE DECEIVED BY THE LOOKS AND PRICE OF THESE APARTMENTS! You won't find any peace! tenants and their kids are loud. Tenants be smoking inside their apartments and outside in the parking lot so the smell will come inside your apartments and roaches as well. Parking lot during rainy days becomes a lake, it gets flooded, so pray you are able to get in your car. It's an old building so there's always problems with the water pipes. Apartments get so freaked hot so you'll be paying a high light bill. Manager never answers the phone or answers his door if you have an issue. NO SE DEJE LLEVAR POR LA APARENCIA DE ESTOS APARTAMENTOS. No se llega a descansar agusto. La gente fuma y les vale que entre el olor en los apartmentos. Los apartamentos se ponen super calientes. El estacionamiento se inunda durante los dias lluviosos. El un edicio viejo asi que la pipas de Agua tambien y simpre la andan cortando. El Manager nunca contesta su telefono si tiene una queja."
