"Pleasant stay. Only spent one night there. Carpet was wet, possibly from the air conditioner that appeared to be broken when we arrived. When I called the office, they explained the unique way it needed to be started. It would have been nice to have been told when we checked in. There were what appeared to be homeless people near the parking lot, but they did not disturb us or cause us to feel unsafe. They were not in the parking lot, and we did not have to pass by them, just saw them as we entered the driveway. Office is a little hidden. It needs better (maybe bigger) signs identifying where the office is. Also, waffle batter was runny. I'm thinking it may have been the first time that person had prepared the batter. Front Desk person was appreciative of being told about it. Otherwise, clean, pleasant and staff was friendly. I would stay again."

"Well I’m still currently in the room everything is pretty cool besides certain burn marks on the floor and the shampoo and conditioner being used to shampoo and conditioner other than that everything is cool I got the suite with the hot tub inside the room and everything is pretty cool just make sure to bring your own toiletries and stuff you need for yourself other than that it’s a pretty good hotel especially if you’re just trying to get away for a little bit so I definitely recommend this hotel and this is definitely a genuine review I don’t really have too many concerns everything was clean so thumbs up"

"Uncomfortable beds, Stained curtains, room smelled like stale cigarettes, spray paint in the shower. The lock on the door had cardboard behind it. The pool was very small and filthy. At first. I thought it was a spa at first.. the place is a homeless hotel, hookers and trsnshookers walking halls, people in the parking lot, drinking and smoking, running down the hall at night, the elevator reeks like cigarettes do not stay here! There are homeless everywhere around this place they loiter out front, and then the property. There is covered parking that smells like urine I even think somebody pissed on the side of my car because it smelled so bad place is disgusting! I only have a few photos but, it should give you an idea"

"This place is a dump! If you’re a person of integrity you do not belong here! I wouldn’t put my dog in a horrible place like this. The rooms are not clean, they smells horrible, and they are too small! There is no fitness or business center! I had to find a local park or gym to work out in! The ice machine is located outside and it’s filthy! The pool is only big enough for 2-3 people to sit in, it’s not big enough to lap swim in it! The breakfast is horrible!"

"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I am saying out of concern for your safety. Unless you’re a thug carrying a gun & have no fears, DO NOT stay here! The majority of people staying there were people I felt completely unsafe around, furthermore, there were transients loitering on property, and appeared very sketchy. I sat in my car for 40 minutes wondering if it’d be safe to get out- the clerk at desk was EXTREMELY kind & brave I must say; she came out to walk me in. At about midnight; our neighbor was kicking door & threatening the woman, demanding she f’n open the door! I’m surprised door was not broken. I was very concerned his anger would lead him to perhaps opening fire. The brave front desk lady, asked to leave premises. He was back at 6am! Pounding again, he be allowed in. The fridge in room was not cold. AC would not go lower than 70 when I prompted it to. The hotel is old & very rundown. Water leaks, paint chipping, chunks of baseboard missing. TV got low & high while watching it. The shower curtain is a curved one, but tub area is not, so you have to place it in a way to avoid splashing out. Suffice it to say; I literally got no sleep. I am partially handicapped & my condition is exacerbated with stress & no sleep. This was the worst night ever & at $134, that was unacceptable. Being forced to stay because I was not allowed to cancel without penalty, I should not have paid more than $50 & that’s being generous!!!!!"
