"Extreme need of repairs. In most rooms, the A/C, TV's, and showers doesn't work. Roach infested, and some beds have biting bed bugs. No trash can. Restroom glass window missing, cardboard used in instead. Rooms reek with a bummy stench. And no housekeeping room service during the stay."
"I stayed here for a whole year, I cleaned up that room so good that it didn't have no smell at all if it wasn't for them that had me so long I would of been in the streets they helped me so much and so understandable, I don't know why so many be complaining, if the room is not at ur satisfaction clean it up a bit specially if you planning on staying for a while come on you won't find a cheaper room. I didn't have no problems while staying there or any complaints.. I was happy to live there..."
"Unexpected stay there ... Walked up and quickly and easily got a room from the woman who worked there. She was very nice even when I locked myself out of my room. The room was very clean and it was very affordable. Felt safe there and comfortable and would definitely recommend to s friend. And there was plenty of walking distance places to eat."
"Very bad service. They had roaches and dirty sheets. Only one towel when I stayed there for three nights. All I did was go there for sleep but I couldn't help but notice a distinct smell and that is when I saw my sheets were not even clean, I saw a hair on my pillow that did not belong me. Horrible! When I brought up the subject the lady nor her husband at the check in counter bother to send someone to change the sheets."
