"I lived here with my partner a few months ago and this apartment complex felt the most like home. While my stay here I was helped by Marie, Phillip and Maddie. All of them are very punctual, professional and made living there very pleasant. Marie specifically was such a sweetheart and genuinely cared for the residents. The maintenance team Zoe and Chau was so quick, everything we submitted was fixed with a day or 2. The amenities were always kept clean and improvements where always being made. Would highly recommend it here!"

"My husband and I truly enjoyed living here for the past 5 years. This is a great place for couple. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. Everyone who works here truly cares about the residence. I want to thank Zettia especially she was able to get all of our questions and concerns answered. We had been though a few leasing staff in our years there and it shows she cares about the work she does and the residents."

"The property is going to have repairs on the streets and parking areas, which is great. Residents are going to be required to remove their cars from the property while it is ongoing. This wouldn't be an issue, assuming that we had adequate notice. Adequate notice is not being told 10 minutes before the office closes the day before the repairs are supposed to happen. Now we have to until 7AM the following morning to remove our cars from the property. They provide contact information for questions, but they won't be available until 2 hours after the deadline. They claim to have contacted surrounding businesses to allow us to leave our vehicles until the work is complete, but fail to inform us of what companies. To me, this represents structural and organizational failures which need to be addressed."

"I love the size and location of the complex. The neighbors are great and amenities are nice. However, it’s disappointing that the office staff does not send out proactive communication about events or important issues, such as the online Portal being down for 1.5 months. Residents are not told that they need to find new ways of paying their rent. Instead, they have to come to the office staff and now are frustrated about it. Then they find the staff has locked their office door during work hours and stopped answering calls. The only communication to residents was a printed letter left on everyone’s door on the day rent was due. Honestly - it would save the staff time & stress if they just communicated to the residents in advance. It’s not a big deal, we know tech issues can happen. Just communicate please. Residents deserve better than this. And the staff can do better. We also have homeless people that come in and sleep by the fire pit, by the pool and BBQ at night. If I call the security number, it takes about 2 hours for them to show up. I thought we had security, but apparently it’s not 24/7 or on the apartment grounds."

"Pacific shores has been an amazing experience all around. So much that I’ve moved back here 3 times! The staff has been very accommodating, professional, and empathetic to all of my needs. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and I’ve made many friendships with people throughout the community. The maintenance team has been great and everything is taken care of immediately. I've been here a while, and plan to stick around a lot longer, as this truly feels like a home to me."
