"I think Bluffs is gonna need a poop app like San Francisco because it's getting bad here. This review is specifically just to raise awareness to this issue as it's progressively gotten worse in the last year I've been here. Not sure what management can even do as it's your neighbors that don't pick up after their own dogs. It's getting ridiculous. Attached a few photos of where you'll see people's dog poop. One of them is LITERALLY ON THE STAIRS. There's FREE bags everywhere in the complex and yet people still don't pick up after their pets. Just something to keep in mind if you're considering moving here. It's become a great nuisance and likely will get worse."

"Service Technicians are top notch and make up for the front offices poor customer service. The Service Technicians not only take care of repairs in your home but they have excellent customer service and basically do the front offices job. Ideally they need to have the Service Technicians train the front office in how to treat residents or just people in general."

He comes in so kind, happy, gets things fixed quickly and knows exactly what needs to be done to do so. You can tell he cares and wants to help find solutions for us as quick as he can! He always shows up prepared, with a smile, clean, professional, and most importantly helpful. He has a lot of pride in his work and it shows with every job problem he has fixed for us. "My girlfriend and i have lived here since 2018. Although it has had its ups and downs, easily one of the best parts has been the maintenance crew. The work ethic they have is unmatched. So her and I have probably one of or the largest dog in the complex. With that large hurdel comes the fact of comfortably. The dog has chosen to mainly be comfortable around 2 of the maintenance crew Noe and Jorge. Noe and Jorge are very accommodating when something needs to be fix in the house because the dog likes to play follow the leader with the new person in the house. So as they move around to what needs to be fixed the dog is in toe and the best part is they dont have a problem with it. So specifically to Noe and Jorge thank you for being accomodating and understanding with the dog. Thank you to the rest of the maintenance crew and the front office crew."
