"Visited here for a family vacation. The hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful. Willing to serve the guests. The staying room was nicely clean and well organized. They have 9 holes short golf course in the campus. All Par 3 in range of 50 yrd to 100 yrd. Basically every hole is easy family friendly design but not too easy even for single handicap player. Still fun. Specifically last three holes are beautiful with a scenic harbor view. We had a fun time there."

"Do not stay on the first floor. You can hear every footfall and cart above. Very poorly soundproof. Nice grounds. Self park is a hike and a half away. Rooms are clean but sparsely furnished. Friendly staff and bartender."

"Went here to celebrate my birthday as a family gathering. The rooms were less than stellar. They advertised a refrigerator in every room... however the 1st refrigerator didn't even have a refrigerator rack so that I could store my drinks and food properly. The maintenance supervisor was very nice and brought another refrigerator but it didn't work but he was nice enough to comp us with a bottle of champagne for our troubles. Note: Hotel in nice location but they charge an additional $40 resort fee each night as well as an additional $40 to $47 for parking depending for valet and or self parking you still have to pay the additional fee!"

"Room was comfortable, but shower head is too low. Bathroom door didn't stay closed/did not have a lock. Layout of hotel and parking is awkward but they offer golf cart service at valet to take you to self parking. Pitch n putt included with stay. Breakfast staff was excellent, our servers Felix and Juan were especially helpful. Some noise from airplanes due to proximity to airport but did not affect our stay. Close to Fashion Island. Recommend to visit Balboa Island or enjoy a walk from Inspiration Point. Gorgeous down by the beach!"
