"Do not rent here. They have zero interest in keeping the comumnity safe. It's even explicitly stated that they have no responsibilty to maintain the gates and security systems around the community. I had my car broken into once and have seen individuals attempting to do the same at later dates. When I alerted the management team, they did nothing and sent me a screen shot of the lease clause stating their lack of responsibilty. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are looking to be robbed."

"I’ve lived here for quite some time now and haven’t experienced any major issues. When I did have a concern the leasing office, especially Mia helped tremendously. She was super helpful and took the time to hear my concerns with a quick resolution. I look forward to living here even longer!"

"Review is changed after living here for 2.5 years. For months our apartment has been getting urine dumped over the balcony and nothing has been done by the office. Our items are being destroyed and there is disgusting stains. Flies and we can’t enjoy the patio because we might get doused with surprise urine. I have requests for it to be stopped to be cleaned and NOTHING. So unacceptable. We’ve lived here for almost 4 months and so far we love it. I was nervous about some I’ve the bad reviews but the leasing staff has been nothing but accommodating and friendly. The maintenance staff is prompt and fixes things quickly on community amenities and the one issue we had in our own unit, which was just a toilet handle that broke. Fixed in less than an hour. The community stays clean and has a very laid back atmosphere."

"I have been living here for 5 months now and the issues don’t stop …..horrible discriminatory management which breaks the law and very vindictive -First on move in day the apartment wasn’t ready ….there was trash inside and not even painted and had to wait till 7 pm to move in and I couldn’t empty my stuff for 3 days till paint dries even inside drawers -second all gates are always open blocked by rocks or fobs don’t work so there’s no controlled access as they claim -third packages are always stolen and I barely receive packages -fourth roaches and lizards and rats as I found several droppings inside the apartment but can’t find the rat -fifth and the biggest issue is flooding my apartment flooded from the bathroom and damaged a lot of my belongings and wet the walls and upon request of fixing the issue they claim it will be habitable just to grant them access and come home and literally find no toilet and whole bathroom is out ….black mold on the walls behind bathroom mirror and they never respond and if you talk about rights or leaving the apartment they will threaten you with collections and say literally “you don’t know what this office is capable of” And upon asking for compensation no joke they never respond and play games as legally I am entitled for compensation but they will want you not to pay rent so they can have a leverage and ruin your credit I have seen so many people go and not finish their contract over issues and they will ruin and destroy your life without any Rafael to anything This building is becoming an issue of human rights and this in California the United States of America!!! They will deprive you of your rights as a human STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS NO JOKE ITS THE WORST PLACE I BAVE LIVED IN MY LIFE STAY AWAY Pictures show how I was supposed to live like that and pay full rent ?!!!!!!! Where the law !!!!!"

"This property is actually fairly decent for the price point. It's not a utopia, but it is definitely reasonable value for what we paid. Coming from LA, this is a totally cute community with its own quirks. This isn't a luxury resort, but the management does not hold it out as such. There are no amenities - no gym, and often no laundry (everything is under construction). But at the end of the day, one can save money - and grow here, which is nice."
