"iv been trying to get my $100 holding deposit for over a month now, i didn't want to write this review but they forced my hand. If this sub par downtown loft is this careless with a $100 Refundable holding deposit i wonder how maintenance is or how long they will drag their feet with a more substantial security deposit. Hmmmmmm???? This is a huge RED FLAG and i hope everyone who sees this thinks twice about trusting this lazy leasing office with anything but a 30 notice to vacate. Also, do not trust the photos online, all the lofts look like they've been painted and put together by high school kids who aren't getting paid. Santa Fe Lofts is a joke, just look at the rest of the ratings people."

"Booked a tour and drove all the way from West Hollywood only to hear that our tour was canceled. No call or text. Told us when we got there that MAYBE we’d get a tour after an hour. We came back and thankfully there was someone there to guide us through the building. Unfortunately it was her first day and she couldn’t answer any of our questions. I really loved the building and wanted to speak to someone with answers so they asked for our number and told us the manager would give us a call within the week. It’s been a week but still no call or text and literally no way to reach them because none of their phone numbers work either."

"I visited the property today and was impressed with the units I viewed. I was even more impressed with how personable, yet professional the property manager was. Delise is a treasure!!! I know Santa Fe Lofts has to be a great place to call home with her leadership and spirit. This property is easily one of my favorites of all the apartment tours so far. It is definitely on my short list!"

"Ok all I have to say is I’m so happy that our new manager is so hands on. She really cares about the people here and takes the time to sit down and talk to her residents. This is a small community and a lot of us know each other in the building and everyone I’ve asked has nothing but great things to say about Delise! It makes a difference when the manager is actively present! I hope she sticks around!!"

"I moved in a year ago after touring several other Lofts in the DTLA area, this building had the best floorplan and views that I wanted, but the management was terrible and there was plenty turnover in my first year here because of it. Now we have a completely new property management group, and I am so thankful for them in the short time they’ve been here, a lot of things have changed and improved. They got us 24 hour armed security, we have a better packaging system, quicker maintenance response, they fixed the broken door for the entrance of one of the buildings, and so much more that they have planned. I think it makes a difference that the property manager Delisse and the assistant property manager Michael both take pride in their work as it’s something they are also invested in. I think beforehand we had people that just came into the building and worked a job, but didn’t care that this, for a lot of us, is our home & workplace . I feel much better about my decision to stay in my unit after they got on board and I’m so grateful for them both ."
