"I agree with the post below when I first started they overloaded me with work missing every single appointment. The company sets you to fail they go against code the people Snd the building in it make the place a bit better but the management company is the worst specially with their employees."

"Do not go here.. you’ll just waste your time like what happened to me. Dulce, which is the manager is very unprofessional. Her business hours is only 9-4pm which is different from what is listed on her door. She would also set up an appointment then she will cancel it on the same day. She will give a lame excuses. It happened to me 5 times. Tried to call the property management which is JK Residentials and they are not helpful as well. After reading the reviews, i defintely will not go to this apartment nor to their other apartments.."

"This is the crappiest of crappiest. On the corner of a main street. Fire dept on one corner, Police station on the other, you would think that would drive one crazy right? NOPE. That isn't as bad, it's almost melodic in comparison to the flocks of pigeons (flying rats) that roost on your balcony, door, corridors, walkways, stairs, and on your doormat. They lay eggs in and on all said areas. The roach infestation is also a huge issue here, I asked about this before I moved in, I checked my unit and saw no signs, However about 3 weeks of moving in I noticed roaches outside just crawling around like it was their apartment complex. Now the smell of cat urine and a new liter of kittens is also common here. Security gates are a joke, as they stay broken. I have been taken by surprise by a random dumpster diver, or stray dog as I walk up the stairs where the lights are always out. The plumbing is the worst, imagine walking to your car and it is in the middle of a flooded parking garage, flooded with feces, urine, and whatever else goes down with the flush... Yeah the smell is AWFUL. Imagine bruahing your teeth and the smell comes thru your sink when you turn your water on. Imagine.... Now how do you like your neighbors? Loud, inconsiderate, drug using, weed smoking, rule breaking, and nasty is what commonly comes to live here. Let's just say the manager(s) are aware because I have made my share of complaints. If I could afford to just move I would've. I have seen 6 on site managers come and go and still no resolve. I have been asking for my windows to be repaired since I found out that they do not close or latch, and I was told by a manager, that they don't want to do it because it costs too much. Seriously?!?! SCREW THIS PLACE AND THE ENTIRE JK RESIDENTIAL TEAM. Oh and the killer part is, I have never paid rent late, had a complaint, or been rude, or messy and still they do nothing to fix this place or make sure the tenants are safe."
