I’m 8 months pregnant and I applied for a one bedroom with my sister in law who has perfect credit and was denied even after one of the mangers explained to me that they only go by whoever’s credit was better(for a one bedroom) then said the policy changed a few days later and now they go by both applicants credit after we payed a 100$ application fee,mind you we make more than 3x the rent. it’s honestly a great way to keep certian ethnic groups out quite frankly. What’s sad is that the mangers Gloria and Hugo are both hispanic themselves. Shame on them. I was so upset I almost went into labor."

"As a neighbor of the property, they have a nice-looking building but leave the landscaping an absolute mess. It is rare when there isn't garbage covering the grounds outside the front entrance."

"Possibly the worst place to live in Westlake, the manager is very lack luster and will give you excuses for day's. Also it claims in your lease that smoking is not permitted on the premises but the thai people smoke constantly and daily. It is disgusting as a non smoker to have my apartment suffocated with the smell of tobacco smoke on an hourly basis. Will be moving out immediately! So the smokers can all stay here and die together."
