"Allen made the leasing process so smooth. I only apply to apartments where I can speak to an actual person instead of perpetual voicemails and Allen took it upon himself to be a reliable point of contact. Within ONE WEEK of calling and asking questions, I was fully moved in. I love it here. Parking is secure, great amount of space, neighbors are chill and very convenient right next to the highway. La Plaza has every amenity I'll ever need & I see myself here for the foreseeable future. Thanks Allen!"

"When I decided to move into DTLA, I toured 10 apartment complexes before deciding on La Plaza because of the location, amenities and general fun vibe of the place. I had a long list of needs when looking for a place and La Plaza checked all the boxes. I've been living here for almost 2 years and it has been quiet a journey. When we first moved in December of 2021, we got our storage unit broken into, thus a lesson for everyone that you should all buy renter's insurances, especially living in the heart of DTLA. The maintenance team is absolutely fantastic, they are fast and they're always happy. When new management came in, specially Denise, I've noticed there has been better security hires, and small positive changes throughout the building. A few more positives is BDubs just opened across the street, and resident events got better and better. A few things to keep in mind, you are in the heart of DTLA, if you don't enjoy the hustle and the bustle(including its own set of people around), then maybe living in the city is not for you."

"Do not recommend living at La Plaza. Be mindful that the advertised rent DOES NOT include parking ($225 for 2 tandum spaces) and you also get charged allocated water, trash and other utilities for the entire community. In my own experience, we paid an additional $500/month on these expenses alone. Community is very loud. Security does not enforce community quiet hours after 10pm. Community is very dirty. Pets urinate and defecate on carpets and amenity areas including pool area. Tenants and guests drive extremely fast in parking structure. Management is unresponsive to tenant requests and ignores concerns. I do not recommend for tenants with children. I do not recommend for families. In my opinion, this community is mostly for super young people like college age through 20’s. Upon move out, management found a way to keep almost my entire deposit by charging me outrageous fees on allocated water and trash fees for the community. Not my fees for my unit but the community fees. Please note that I was always 100% current on rent. Never had any issues and followed all rules. I left the property for all the issues mentioned above."
