"My experience living at The Moon has been amazing. It is an amazing community that is very upbeat, welcoming, and in a great location. It is only about a 15 minute walk to campus (about 5 minutes on bike) and is conveniently located near frat row (28th st), convenience stores, gas stations, and grocery stores."

"I have lived at the Moon for just over 3 months and my experience has been heinous. I lived at the Hub last year, and I can promise you if you are deciding between the two live at the Hub. This is because of the sheer disrespect I have endured at the hands of the supposed "community manager" Vanessa. My roommate and I pay 4400 for a two bedroom apartment, and did not have a dryer for 2 MONTHS. In addition, when we asked for our expenses to be covered for the laundromats we had to use, she said she would and never did. After standing up for myself, Vanessa started to slam us with ridiculous $150 trash fines that were clearly targeted. She is an unprofessional and heinous woman. We also at different points in these 3 months didn't have a garbage disposal, dishwasher, or working air conditioning. Please please please for your own good read the reviews on Stuho, and do not sign with this place. I promise you that you do not want to deal with Vanessa. Also positive reviews are so clearly written by bots. If you need bots to raise your reviews there is clearly something wrong."
