The Spark At Midtown is a 95-unit affordable and supportive housing community located at 1900 Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach, California. The institution partners with key organizations on the ground floor to serve the community and provide opportunities. Residents have access to healthcare through the Dignity Health St. Mary Medical Center clinic within the building, offering family and internal medicine services, preventative care, and chronic condition management. Additionally, the institution houses the YMCA of Greater Long Beach’s Youth Institute program, which uses technology to promote positive youth development and create pathways to post-secondary education and career readiness for low-income urban high school youth.

The community features a variety of amenities including a community room with a computer lab, after-school program room, meeting rooms, tot lot, courtyards, community garden, bike amenities, public art, community teaching kitchen, convenient access to public transportation and shopping, flexible commercial space, and a mini park open to the public.
