"I came in today and hoping to view an apartment. I didn't have an appointment and when I went in to speak with the apartment manager Diona, she was very friendly and professional all of the same time. I was very happy of what I saw today. The Apartments we're beautiful. I love the wood flooring and all the closet space. And the size of the Apartment was a good size. A lot bigger than the other Apartments I view today that's for sure. I am very pleased with this complex being my residents in the near future when I decide to move. Diona was very wonderful and is a blessing to this company. I hope they know what a GEM they have with her being there. Cuddos to u guy's. Oh I forgot to mention... that they have a maintenance crew on site. Another BONUS!!!!"

"Greedy, GREEDY, GREEDY I will say that the complex overall is quiet but they are old and extremely over priced. My lease ended and of course going month to month costs an extra $210, so with all the other nickel and diming it's almost $2,800, when my same floorplan is currently being advertised for $2,445. Residents are responsible for two gas bills and a monthly $25 admin fee. For what, hell if I know. They just slap on random fees frequently. Do yourself the ultimate favor and skip Park Montair!"

"This place is not what they say they are. They pretend to be “first class” but they just slap paint on everything. It’s an over priced OLD building. The stair cases fall apart , the patio floor and ceiling fall apart. The only reason they call themselves “first class” is because they have maintenance on duty but they don’t service well. I would say save your money for an actual first class apartment if that’s what you’re looking for. These people don’t take request’s seriously. All they care about is if you paid rent."

"From the second we showed up, we were impressed with this place. The service Rachel provided us prior to signing our lease agreement was phenomenal. We gave us her undivided and non-rushed attention even though there were others waiting and people calling. She knows the tenants by name which made this whole experience personal because she actually takes the time to learn people’s name. Moreover, she told us to come on a Friday night to check out the property just so we can be confident in making a decision. After moving, I had the opportunity to work with Diona. She was professional and amazing, she sent the maintenance to fix little things that needed to be done and they were fixed before the end of the day. We love living here, it’s quiet, people are respectful, it’s clean. The laundry facilities are clean and people respect your belongings. I had the opportunity to speak to a maintenance man named Gilberto, he works quickly and efficiently that it doesn’t impede with your routine. He said that he is treated very well, that they are respectful and kind to him. Also had the opportunity to speak to a landscaper’s assistant named Sotero who helps maintains landscape he said that they treat them well and the love working with Park Montair Apartments. We live in a one bedroom which is spacious for two with plenty of storage. We cannot hear neighbors or the people upstairs which is rare especially in apartments. my amazon packages get delivered and have not been stolen. There is always street parking and the parking spot that is assigned to us has locked storage. I highly recommend this place, it’s safe, there are no homeless, ladies of the night, or druggies roaming the streets yelling."

"Park Montair Apartments is a place we have lived comfortably for two years now. The management is easy to talk to, and fast to response on our needs. The maintenance people are very trusting to do their services. Hoping that this place we can afford for a long time, and without worries!!! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially to my friends!!!"
