"While the property is in maintenance construction I still found this place as my home. I got all I wanted: Month to month, Affordable rent, clean apartment, free internet and Roberta the property manager is helpful beyond means. I locked myself out in apartment on a Sunday with in an hour she went out of her way to assist me and at countless other times."

"Beware of this apartment complex!! Management is a nightmare here & has changed 3 time in the past year. Currently this place is undergoing constant reconstruction work - extremely annoying that there is a notice at least 3 times weekly that they are entering your home at any point to paint, tear down your fence or that the water is planned to be off for the afternoon. “Managment” at this complex has zero regard for it’s tenants. Unless you are a single person with 1 vehicle there is no available parking for a few blocks over (and will be ticketed on those street Thursdays). Good luck with a spouse that works late or friends to visit. They had a fitness center at one point but decided to take that away and make it the leasing office, for someone to only be in that office about 18 hours a week. Overall, this place is a bad choice so please do yourself a favor and lease elsewhere!"
